MANUEL-TURIZO

Manuel Turizo (full name Manuel Turizo Zapata) is an urbano and reggaeton singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Colombia whose trademark is his smooth buttery tenor singing voice. The global recognition of his music has helped him enter mainstream Latin music. Una Lady Como Tu (his smash hit from 2016) won the Colombian Kids Choice Award, 2017. Favorite Song. The album he released as his debut ADN was released by La Industria Inc., an Medellin-based Sony distribution company. It reached the number 8 spot at the top of the Top Latin Albums chart. Vaina Loca, it was the Top Five hit of Ozuna's Top Five album in 2007 led him to join Ozuna. Mala Influencia was his collaborative effort with Noriel in 2020. In the following season, Dopamina was his follow-up album. Later, in 2021, the singer sang a duet 2021 with TINI on her hit song Maldita Foto. In 2023, he appeared on 2000, featuring the smash hit La Bachata. Turizo was born into the musical home of his family. Both his older brother and mother are also musicians.
